Never got my order

It has been 14 days since my payment and my parcel status still shows up as "preparing shipment". This has happened to me before. The seller took way too long to ship my order and I had to message them multiple times everyday for them to ship my order. They sent me an email to tell me to write this review for my order that they have "fulfilled". They never fulfilled my order and I haven’t received anything. I feel very disappointed in this website and would never recommend it to anyone who wants to buy albums.
