The order I placed has been listed as "ready to ship" for 3 weeks. I have emailed Record Planet twice about my order. I have received zero replies. Yet, today I have received my second email asking me to give a rating for the package they "shipped 20 days ago" as of today's review request email. And yet somehow, I never received an email about my items having shipped. The Shop App also states that my items are "ready to ship". I didn't give a review after the first email asking for one, in the hopes that I would receive a response to my emails inquiring about when my order will actually ship. But now, that a second email asking for a review has been sent, I shall leave the review to NOT purchase from this company. If months go by and I still haven't received my order, I will not be able to get a refund because Record Planet does not respond, maybe even doesn't read, customer emails. I will be glad to update or delete this review if I FINALLY get a response from the company.
