The title of BTS's new album, their first in three years and nine months, has been revealed.

"ARIRANG" encompasses BTS's identity and the emotions they want to share with their fans. Ahead of their long-awaited comeback, the group naturally focused on the group's roots, starting point, and inner story. According to their agency, Big Hit Music, they aimed to infuse their music with the group's identity as a group originating in Korea, as well as the deep longing and love deeply rooted in their hearts.
