27日、SMエンターテインメントによると、Red Velvetウェンディは2ndミニアルバムのタイトル名と同じ新曲「Wish You Hell」で10代の感性を生かした爽やかな雰囲気を披露する予定だ。 新曲「Wish You Hell」は、キャッチーなフックメロディーとリズミカルなギターサウンドが引き立つ中毒性のバンドサウンドをベースにしたポップ曲で、人に合わせて生きてきた過去の自分に別れを告げ、本当の自分を見つける過程を描いている。 強烈なクール感をベースにハイティーン特有の感性を生かしたステージで新たな注目を集める見通しだ。 一方、ウェンディの2番目のミニアルバム『Wish You Hell』は3月12日に発売される。
