Shipping and Delivery

We mostly ship all orders within 1-2 business days. However, if there is a delay caused by severe weather condition or other natural incident, we will notify you by email or phone (if available).
Yes, we do. All our items will be shipped by major carriers and the tracking numbers will be issued. You may find the tracking numbers under order history on your account page.
If there is no tracking numbers on your order history in account page, please contact us immediately.

If you have a tracking number but the tracking information is not showing or not updating, it could be happened by the carrier's delivery procedure system error. You may contact the carrier's customer support or our support team to assist you regarding your order and delivery status.
In North America, we will ship all items from our California warehouse in USA. All other regions, we will ship the items from Seoul warehouse in South Korea, We will shortly open a warehouse in Europe.
The shipping cost is different by the products, order weight, order amount, and order quantity. The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout.
